What can I do to counteract novacaine?

I have a dentist appt surrounded by 2hrs and don't want to be numb all dark...please help

Ask the dentist to use novocaine short epinephrine. It won't last as long. If you get hold of an injection for the upper teeth, drinking something warm will craft the feeling stir away.
there isn't anything you can do, the body have to metabolize the drug at it's own rate. Of course you can always ask the dentist to use smaller amount or to not use it at all.
Sometimes they can endow with you shorter acting ones if necessary. Discuss this w/ your dentist.
