My 6 year outdated son lately lost his two front top teeth. How long previously his bright ones grow surrounded by?

Unless he is ahead of schedule it could be a year until that time they ever come in. Those teeth come surrounded by between 7-8 years old but some kids bring back them at 6 and others at 9. If he had the front teeth out via trauma or pulling it repeatedly delays eruption.
