How can I soothe this?

I've got like a cold sore or something on the bottom of my gum, where my left cheek and teeth meet. When I eat, it hurts really bad. How can I soothe it or get rid of it? It's not white and you can't really see it.

Answer:
Swish with Hydrogen Peroxide. It will kill the pain in a minute or so. Do it a couple times a day and it will heal and go away.
i don't think it's a cold sore .it maybe a canker sore .you need something to numb the pain until it goes away ,go to a pharmacy and look in the Aile for tooth aches you should find it there.mouth sores are hard to get rid of because your mouth stays wet,
