Can root canal head to gum disease?

no, but poor dental hygeine can. this can lead to more root canal. brush and floss often. put away less sugary foods and drinks.
Root canal do NOT lead to gum disease. Negligence surrounded by brushing, flossing and regular dental care front to gum disease.
