i have rubber bands, but didn't enjoy this situation. however, u might have to wear them for another couple of weeks or conceivably a month more than u would have originally, b/c your teeth might enjoy gotten out of the position that the rubber bands be holding them in. patently wear them every day from in a minute on, even though they're really annoying!
Well, you really should have listen to your orthodontist. I think presently you'll get them bad sometime about 2 weeks after your artistic date.
if you go ahead and a short time ago wear them everyday like your supose to youll be okay, but for then you will hold them on there longer similar to i did. wear you rubberbands it's worth it. i get compliments on my teeth adjectives the time.
