first of all, u dont involve a braces book to tell u how to brush ur braces. only use your common scence. brush up and down-left to right-all around-top to bottom-and surrounded by all those tight easier said than done to reach areas within the back! im no dentist, but..i enjoy braces too..ive had them 4 almost 2 years so i would know a lil bit in the region of them. ALSO...about the stains...i bookish that if u pick light color rubber band then they stain REALLY EASILY. i as a rule choose darker colors because of the staining. very well, sorry this was so long.BEST OF LUCK HUN,

only just brush each side of the brackets, and consequently the back of your teeth. so that make 4 different angles to brush. trust me, the brushing will pay bad in the ending. you don't want train tracks on your teeth.

First of all your going to enjoy to brush more properly because if you have poor oral hygeine next to braces your going to get seriously of cavities. You can use a conventional brush and hold it at 45 degrees lying on the brackets and scrub in circular motions. Repeat alike thing below the brackets beside 45 degree angulation upward.
There are special orthodontic brushes available near a sprue tip that you can use to clean between brackets. Never chose clear band because they stain the color of food you eat
When you call in the dentist every month for adjustments update him to let you brush when he removes the lead and before he places the bright wire.
Get ultrasonic and instruction book scaling done every 3-6 months to preserve your teeth clean.
