White spots?

white spots on teeth? what are they called? i thought it was decalcitation. de-cal-cit-ation, but, its not coming up on google, so whats it called, hows it spelled,

decalcified enamel
Either fluorosis or decalcification.
White spots also come from having braces and the bacteria affects the tooth everywhere except right below the brace where it stays white so it really stands out.
