What is the best way to whiten your teeth without going to the dentist, or using the whitening strips?
Answer:
Try rinsing your mouth with hydrogen peroxide. My dentist recommended it and it does work. Just don't swallow it!
Baking soda and salt
Use the whitening tooth paste every time you brush.

Walmart sells a product that has a rubber mouth tray and some whitening gel...it is very inexpensive and works good...not as fast as the bleach trays from the dentist, but way cheaper
crest whitestrips work best!!i use them so i can save money on whitening them in the office i work in..patients that come into my office that use them i notice a difference(using shade guide to show them the difference of how they were to the next visit they were surprise on how whiter their teeth go just using the whitestrips)i use it and to keep up the whiteness i also use remberant whitening toothpaste:)
