Why is this happening?

my last tooth that I will ever lose as a baby tooth fully grew in and now the two teeth after the two front teeth rub my gums why is this happening and don tell to go to a dentist cuz I am could I need braces?

I have been a Hygienist for over 30 years and I haven't a clue what you are talking about! What do you mean by "rubbing my gums". Are they bottom teeth that are touching the roof of your mouth? The last baby tooth you loose is usually replaced by a premolar or bicuspid that is not the same tooth as the "two teeth after the two front teeth". I would love to try and give you an answer but I am truly puzzled.
