Tooth become sensitive after a satisfying be done, my dentist solved the problem near lacquer?

He just wipe the tooth with gauze and applied some transparent stuff over that filling. Should I be worried? What is the moving parts of this method?

Answer:
What your dentist placed on your tooth was a "desensitizer" which works by "seal the dentinal tubules" (much like a varnish or lacquer that flows seal or closing all openings) that work transmitting stimuli to the pulp; usually this sensation is experienced from hot or cold foods or drinks along beside your saliva and air that may rush across this nouns during breathing or talking.

This may be cause by the contraction and expansion of the tooth and the restorations being at different ratio, new restorations that enjoy been placed especially ones at the gum string or possibly some exposed root surface that is below the cementoenamel crossroads, or not covered with enamel and cause by recession. There are many reason "why" this sensitivity occurs.

The desensitizer works powerfully, but I've yet to find one to be exact a permanent solution for serious sensitivity problems. The bitter foods and drinks ingested by a patient will impose a reduction surrounded by the strength of the material which usually cause this problem to reoccur. I always recommend that patients introduce the use a toothpaste for sensitive teeth such as "Sensodyne" into their on a daily basis regime, to further help wipe out any recurring sensitivity.
Tooth Sensitivity can be cause because the tooth is becoming somewhat porous with especially tiny holes that help verbs that heat(or lack of it) into the gall of the tooth.

BY placing a laquer over the surface, he is insulating your tooth! :)
no you shouldnt be worried..he didnt this as the last character said to insulate the tooth...the sensivity should end after this be done..its like placing enamel(protects tooth) on nourishing to stop sensitivity...no worries:) if you still feel sensitivity after a few days progress back to the denist...it may be that the innards was deeper than antisapated..perceive better:)
