White spots on my teeth.. should I continue bleaching?

So I've had these white spots on my teeth for quite some time now but they never really bothered me til I started using the bleaching kit and they started becoming a tad more obvious, so I'm just wondering if you'd recommend I stop now or just keep going :\ They're on my two front teeth too ):

Answer:
The most likely cause is cavities and an uneven surface on the tooth enamel this will cause the bleaching to be uneven and dense in some areas.

The best thing is to stop and see a dentist, some work might need to be done on those cavities or you could end up not only having oddly coloured teeth but also bleching where there are serious cavieties can lead to irritation and toothache.
