Answer:
LOL~ to translate, this means your two lower widom teeth are coming in at an angle, possibly putting pressure on the teeth in front of them.

You don't need to be 'put to sleep' to have them removed, but you may want to if your oral surgeon plans on removing them at the same time.

Not a big deal; you'll be just fine after some healing time and if you follow the dentist's post-op instructions.

Good Luck!

:)
This means that you have impacted lower wisdom teeth.

It also means that you are in Europe.

The term "mesio-angular" means that the top of the wisdom tooth is leaning forward towards the second molar.

#38 is the lower left wisdom tooth (third molar) and #37 is the lower left second molar.

#48 is the lower right wisdom tooth (third molar) and #47 is the lower right second molar.
mesio angular term denotes the position of the impacted tooth in the jaw where the first term denotes the position of the crown or upper part of the tooth i.e mesial, means crown or upper part of tooth is lying mesialy or towards the second molar or tooth region .
#38 stands for lower left third molar or wisdom tooth
#48 stands for lower right third molar
#37 stands for lower left second molar
47 stands for right second molar
all these teeth can be treated under local anaesthesia as one quadrant or side will be treated first and other on another appointment.
