Full English breakfast with fruits and Yoghurt (fat free)
For me it would be
A poached egg and ham on intact wheat toast
Vanilla Yogurt with fresh strawberries and blueberries
I did a progect for biology on this ending year! and the best and healthiest meal is wheat cereal next to fruit! trust me!

Idly sambar, Dosa Chutney and No pongal or no food items that uses Dalda. If u r gonna eat after 45 hrs next eat rice llike Curd or Rasam,.
If ur filling, then drink Coffee near Groundnuts as food item. It fills ur stomach and it will decline ur weight in short period.
in that is nothing similar to a set best breakfast . it varies from different person's depending on here physique , taste and robustness status . for an average male any breakfast is worthy as long as its cooked properly , is not too oily and have some nutrients in it
