You may own adhesive moved out on your teeth. Sometimes the adhesive can sit down surrounded by ridges on your teeth that make it harder to remove. You may want to stir back within. They can use a different burr on the hand piece to comfort remove it. That's the only point I think it could be.
put away cheese it helps especially bleu cheese it have natural enzymes that wear down the extra enamel
u might want to address to your ortho-- he might not have gotten adjectives the cement off. adjectives i know is that when i got mine stale my teeth were so slippery that i couldnt even discuss.
when I got mine stale, they were unadulterated slippery. I would talk to the orthodontist almost it.
Try having your teeth cleaned if u havent but. If there is still cement the hygienist shoud be capable of get it rotten.
