I think it's average... my teeth do it too. The tingling might be sensitivity, so use Sensodyne toothpaste to try and help that. As for the wiggle, my teeth still wiggle every in a minute and again. And since you're 15, you're still growing, so that's probably what that is.
I've agreed a single tooth to wiggle *very* slightly for a daytime or two, but it's *very* slightly only. It go away pretty quickly. Not sure what cause it.
I don't think it's average for it to move too much. I wouldn't keep moving it. As for the tingle, no opinion.
