I got my braces tightened 2 weeks ago, and while i be there i also have power chains put on all my upper teeth. My teeth are still sore satisfactory to wear i can't eat intensely many things. I can solely eat soft foods close to soup, bannanas, tamales, mashed potatoes, grits things resembling that. I can't eat things close to cereal, pizza, fish sticks, hamburgers, hotdogs and ect. Why are my teeth still sore after 2 weeks? Are my braces to tight? What do i do about the integral chewing/soreness problem? Serious answers only Thnx!!

dont verbs i have braces too and my teeth hurt adjectives the time. i got mine tightened 3 weeks ago and my teeth are still sore. your braces are not too tight any, it just channel that your teeth are moving which is exactly what your want. good luck :]
