Anyone know something like unusual molar teeth?

I have 3 palpable 'cusps' on my upper back molar teeth. its almost as if one in one piece corner is missing. any idea what its call and what causes it? I also have fused teeth when i had kid teeth...

Well maxillary 2nd molars do have 4 cusps, but one is almost nonexistent. Of course there's a unsystematic you could have broken rotten a cusp, or maybe your molar is atypical and with the sole purpose has 3 cusps. Nevertheless, I wouldn't verbs about anything.
Hyperplastic is what it is call: just goal didn't grow fully.
