How commonly is it okay to use hydrogensoda o peroxide and baking n teeth?

Baking soda would be okay to use daily I believe, but the peroxide is another concern. It depends on the dilution of the peroxide. The typical stuff you buy over the counter? Truthfully, I wouldn't use it more than a couple of times a week as I'd think it could start ingestion away the enamel on your teeth.
BAKING SODA U CAN USE AS TOOTHPASTE EVERYDAY! ADD A DAB OF ULTRABRITE TOOTHPASTE.(REGULAR...THE OLD STANDBY, MANY YEARS OLD, BUT MAN IT WORKS!!)
Maybe once a month is OK, otherwise the outer layer of your teeth will get hold of worn out.
