Does laughing gas help with taking out wisdom teeth?

im about to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled and my dentist is giving me laughing gas to kinda make me sleepy during the surgery. im still afraid that i will get sick from hearning all the noises from them working on my teeth.
has anyone had laughing gas with pulled wisdom teeth?
describe your experience with me please!

Answer:
Well I got mine pulled in April, and they just sedated me. It was over before I knew it. Did they give you an option? I think you should ask your oral surgeon about being put to sleep instead and save yourself the pain of the procedure and what not. I will be honest, the week and a half after the surgery are h*ll. Ugh good luck to you.
