I got four of my wisdom teeth pulled about three weeks ago.?

ya i was i got six teeth pulled in inluding 4 wisdom teeth. you have to eat a lot of icecream. seriously it helps a lot. also take advil if it hurts really bad. dont eat food that is hard like steak, or nuts, or luck clusters in ceral. those make them hurt more. eat stuff like that once you teeth feel better.
your mouth was open for a long period of time and still will feel sore . You might want to re-check with your dentist and make sure your jar has not popped out
I've had all of my wisdom teeth out too. My jaw on the left side gives me trouble too. I go to the chiropractor occasionally to get it put back in place.
You might have what is called a dry sockit. It can be pretty uncomfortable. Do a follow up with your dentist.
They have to open your jaw very wide to pull wisdom teeth...You are probably feeling the affects of your jaw/joint being stretched. It might take a while before the stress on your jaw settles down...try warm/hot compresses on the area that feels sore. I have TMJ and I know what your feeling...sometimes the hot compresses will help your tendons/muscles relax and the dull aching to go away. A 20oz soda bottle with very hot tap water in it with a damp rag wrapped around the bottle will work. Hope you feel better soon!
you shouldnt feel like that 3 wks from the surgery. I had 4 wisdom teeth and 1 extra tooth pulled out at once. I couldnt open my mouth very wide for the 1st week but it felt sore pretty much equally on both sides.. and 3 wks from then i felt perfectly fine and was eating all regular foods.. I would tell your dentist.
