Will crest white strips eventually have a bad effect on my teeth? if so why?

Answer:
if you use them more than several times a year, they can thin your enamel out and cause cracks. They can also cause gum sensitivity.
However, most people only need to use them once or twice a year, so just be careful, stop using them and see your dentist if your gums start hurting or if you notice tiny chips and cracks.
Bad on Teeth?.have you seen the prices? thats bad on the wallet.
they are dental approved, so it can't be bad.
whitening products "supposedly" causes cancer. idk, but they taste real bad, just brush your teeth alot.
Yes they will make your teeth more sensitive. Also they have not been out that long. Therefore no long term studies have been done on long term effects. So you may be destroying your enamel and therefore may be at risk for more decay/ cavities.
In short: nothing permanent.

They may cause sensitivity issues until you are done with them, but this can be cut down by using them once daily or every other day instead of 2x a day. Even if you do experience teeth sensitivity issues, this will go away once you've finished the kit.

Despite what some people will say, there is no real enamel damage done by them (comparatively, you do more damage by drinking a few soft drinks than using mild teeth bleachers like crest white strips).
