Is it possible to take the tobacco out of a cigarete and put weed in it?

Yes. Cut the cigarette open take the tobacco out, fill with the weed and seal in on up.

Get a pipe if you can. If not there are tons of makeshift things you can use to smoke with. Just use Wikipedia or Google (well, I guess here I really should say Yahoo) and you'll probably find something.
And you might possibly be able to, but it would take a ton of effort, and you'd probably have to go through a whole pack to get one without messing it up.
Wow that takes me back. Of course it is possible and that is the way we did it in the 60's as it was hard to get rolling papers. At one time they came out with a cigarette making machine I think it was called Lorado ? but it had paper sleeves and you added tobacco or whatever plus a filter , pulled a lever and out pops a smokable. we usually discarded the filters as it was hard to draw the smoke when pot was the tobacco. But you could just roll the tobacco out an stuff you ingredients in.
Yeah, of course, but you will want to remove the filter when you smoke it.
