I agree with pnut. You are clearly smoking it, in which casing, why would it be bad if it be dry? If you try to add liquid into it then smoke it, you will enjoy more urgent problems than why your weed is dry. There is a spell-check feature when you ask or answer a give somebody the third degree. This will save you from looking resembling an idiot again. Also, doesn't weed help beside Glaucoma?
