I'm detoxifying with vitamins and alfalfa (good stuff!) and doing vim work but am starting to think its taking too too long to receive better. I'm probably just self impatient with my progress but am wondering if I shouldn;t help yourself to another step and go to an EI doctor-there are some surrounded by NYC & Brooklyn.

What is MCS? A detox should last for a relatively short interval. Maybe you need to try a different tack. Get the book Ultrasimple diet, I come up with its a good detox but near food.
