I hve the sme problem whenever I drink coffee like 4-5 hous up to that time bed I just can not sleep no thing how tired I am you could try chamomille or sleepy time tea other than that you would call for meds or drugs all you can really do is try to sleep it sucks i know but if theres something fitting on TV stay up for another hour and then try to sleep
Go study tv, some boring shows. that should help. cuz no situation what time of the day, if i survey some boring tv programs, i can fall sleep contained by like 5 minutes.

I can down a mountain dew and go to bed, but on a different darkness I will eat zilch after 6 and be tossing and turning all darkness. ahh...it sounds so aware. I've always have this problem and I still don't know what to do. But I've learned some ways to get hold of rid of it from my long long experience. Try to get up hasty no matter what time you sleep. Force yourself to stay awake adjectives day, and next at around 9 or 10 in the evening dance to bed, and clear your mind from anything that bothers you. Don't think that you won't be capable of sleep or that you have insomnia. Watch a comedy or something relaxing. Drink mineral sea a lot. Before you sleep, forgive everyone who hurt you or made you perceive bad. I know this sounds silly, but believe me, it works. The certainty that you're already worrying about not sleeping, will capture you all stressed up, and will prevent you from sleeping, so don't have a sneaking suspicion that about that. It could massively well be the caffeine. Some culture can't drink caffeine past three within the afternoon or it will keep them awake at hours of darkness. It might help to cut out sugar bygone dinner, too, if you do that.
