I take 2 capsules of Glucosamine Sulfate Complex for my Arthritis would I gain Weight?

Answer:
No glucosamine sulphate is a natural herbal supplement for the regeneration of the cartilage on the bone heads. As such there is no evidence yet of increase in weight. If you are a diabetic, you need to have medical advise on the consumption of glucosamine sulphate.
Glucosomine Sulfate will not cause you to gain weight. Inactivity caused by pain from arthritis might.
I agree it should have no effect on your metabolism but I would recommend a Glucosamine, MSM, Chondroitin combination. Not only will this help repair the soft tissue[cartilage and tendons] but the sulfur will also help with lubrication in the joints and as always lots of water. GOD Bless.
