Sometimes a few drops of lavendar grease on a pillow will stop snoring. It's avaible at most health food stores. Those snore strips work great if you can gain the snorer to admit they snore.
Avoid hefty meals and alcohol surrounded by the evning, they both contribute to the problem.
A soft pillow placed over the snorer's face until they quit breathing will work, but it is fairly permanent so I don't suggest that one although I own been tempt!
Try breathe right nasal strips. If not, you need to gain to the doctor because a lot of times snoring is cause by sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is when you stop breathing for a little while at dark, and it can cause adjectives kinds of problems, similar to severe fatigue all the time.
I don't know of any over-the-counter medicine that help snoring.

Have you tried those snore-eaz strips? They are intended to lend a hand keep the sinuses clear to abet get better sleep.
Also sleeping more adjectives has be known to aid within breathing better so you may not snore as much.
I don't know of any medicine sour the top of my head. There are surgeries, but that may be too drastic, afterwards again it may not depending on how loud the snoring is.
Snoring occurs for varied reasons. I would first hope it's because of the uvula vibrate (the structure at the back of the mouth that looks approaching a punching bag). To fix that, have the character who snores sleep with their pave the way tilted far back, putting a rolled up towel below the neck would assist. If they are already asleep, put one hand on their forehead, and the other lower than their chin and tilt their head backbone (being carefult to not wake them up, of course). That will stop the snoring if it is due to the uvula. Give it a try!
within are many cause of snoring -including life threatening sleep apnea. see a doctor to product sure you have no medical motive for snoring.
The only item I can think of is those nasal strips that are supposed to help out open nouns way passage in the trunk to improve breathing and sustain prevent snoring. I think they are call Breathe Right Nasal Strips.
there is a drug called snore stop at the form food stores my husband a snorer for almost 20 years of our marriage is also on blood pressure medication so i wanted something that would not effect problems with that it have natural ingridents but you should also see a ear trunk and throat doctor before starting any meds my husband did and found out he have a serious sleep apena so check first
