Sleping problems!?
Answer:
Eat peaches, it is supposed to help you fall asleep easier. Drinking a lot of caffeine during the day like coke, can cause you to not sleep. It does for me a lot. Plus sometimes its because you are thinking too much, just listen to the air conditioning or something like that, that is constant and don't think about anything, but that sound. Believe me it works, at least for me it does.
Hope this helps!
Try not going to sleep until you are sleepy, and do not drink or eat anything past 8:30.
Sorry,I don't have sleeping problems but I'll try.Try dreaming of something or someone you love.
Okay..I am kinda like that... but what I do is take a hot shower before you go to bed. And that put a hot washcloth over your eyes before you go to sleep...That is what works for me!

Whats your problem when you lay down to try and sleep? Mind racing with thoughts? Theres really not enough in the question to even answer. I can say your body probaly got used to the ambien. Thats why its not working anymore. My guess, you have no set pattern for sleep. A set bedtime. You just go when it seems late. Tried the pills to get you to sleep and you becamed immuned to those. The doctor who gave you the ambien is the one I suggest to talk to. Also, I would suggest starting to set a time limit of when bed time is. For example. 11 pm is limits lights off. Regardless. You may flip and flop for awhile but thats because your body got used to not going to sleep on a schedule. Doesn't matter what friend is on Im you want to chat to, or what game you are in or what favorite tv show is on. 11 the limit. Try making your day more active as well. You will find sleep more easier. The mind racers, who are active all day but their mind does not shut off, if thats you, then tell your doctor. If your not one who is very active during the day, then you need to start making yourself more active. No pill can help with that. You need to limit stress and set a time for yourself, that its bed. That way the mind is on a schedule. Your a partial contributor to your insomnia.
Have you tried any natural remedies? Have you tried Valerian tablets? They are natural and may help you to relax. Try meditation perhaps...good luck...i wish you lots of peaceful sleep.
You could try some Melatonin. Its a natural sleep supplement that you can find on the vitamin shelf or at the Vitamin Shoppe. I have had many people tell me how helpful it was for them. It comes in 1,3 and 5mg. The usual adult dosage is 3-5mg before bed.
It is safe and non addictive. Just make sure you do not combine it with any other inhibitors or alcohol.
i have a product called nytex in my store which has many ofthe sleep aids in it discussed here...it also has blueberry and muscadine grape extracts which recently have shown to be beneficial for sleeping...best part is that it does not need to be taken continually...most of my customers are able to stop use after two bottles...alittle pricey ($29.95) but worth it
I'm like you too! See if this link helps
