For the pass couple of year i have had sufferd with these attackes when eatting this feelings coming over feeling sick and reaching (never been sick though) and has scared me i have be under the hospital fot the last 3 yearz and resently i have been discharge :) as they cnt find anything wroung which is good n i started to put on weight but i still get really bad nevers and hate eatting out and other places but when i am at home or some where i feel comfotable i will be fine n stuff ma face full of food , can anyone help me get over this anxiety and really bad nevers its getting in the way of things i want to do ?? thank yoo xx

Obviously you've been through something traumatic and are still having issues with it. In my opinion, the best thing for you to do is talk to your doctor about it and/or find a good therapist/psychiatrist. Talking out your feelings with a psychologist is nothing to be ashamed of. The best of people have needed counseling for one reason or another at some point in their lives.
