Drink coconut water (coconut liquid I think it is call in the US), milk
whip it from 13 years experience. L-lysine at GNC. Its cheap and works every time!! Go to GNC and ask them.
I would have cold sore onece a while, too discouraging, there is zilch really works if you don't get some medicated balm, stir get the prescription and some work really well, you'll see the result the subsequent day. From my experience, the more expensive one the faster result you'll procure.
Hypercin or Lysine, Neosporin, Collodial Silver, Tea Tree, Echinacea just to entitle a few, Not quite sure but baking soda mash may help bear some of the redness out and set off ph in the skin. Some citizens use toothpaste on a zit, I don't know if it will work on a cold sore, but .....
I've found that taking L-Lysine helps catch rid of them faster. I like to use Zilactin-L (liquid). It's a moment or two messy and it stings, but it seems resembling it dries it up the fastest. It's pretty cheap and so is L-Lysine. While I was at boot military camp I got a cold sore. Since we weren't allowed to bring our own meds, and I didn't want to run to medical, (this is going to sound ridiculous) I have to use the hand sanitizer they have in the restrooms. (Purell). It worked, but I would unquestionably prefer to use the supplements and regular cold sore meds.
