Will "no flush" Niacin have the same affects on removing THC from the body as regular Niacin?

Answer:
No. You need to be careful using Niacin, as it can cause not only uncomfortable flushing, (flush-free does not but it doesn't work either) but can also cause heart related problems. There is no way to flush THC from your system. It stays in the tissues for over 6 weeks. Sorry!
You can't really remove THC from your body without going to a hospital and being pumped full of detox drugs. Then your cover is blown! Niacin only masks the THC for a short period of time so it can't be detected and this is a toss up, because this depends on the amount of THC you take in on average. The best way to remove THC would be to metabolize or burn fat(since that is where most THC is stored) and drink plenty of water to flush system; especially while taking Niacin. Just because your urine turns yellowish to dark orange means nothing. That's what Niacin does, regular or "no flush". If you have gotten by before just know that the Niacin plays a role, but, there is more to it than that. It's still possible to test positive
