No and it's actually bs. Your better off actually getting touched through a massage, not therapeutic touch where your healed without any touch. I personally am not a fan of therapeutic touch.
its recommened that in order to live a long healthy life you do regular self massage/touch daily. you can do basic reflexology on yourself (massage or using pressure) on your hands and feet using your thumbs. a head massage is great to feel more alive and energized in the morning. (just use circular motions and even tug at the hair)
