What's a good home remedy for migraines?
THANKS!
Answer:
Put a warm cloth over your head and SLEEP it off!
An ice pack wrapped around the forehead. Rest. Drink fluids. Advil. Herbal Rosemary Leaf Tea
HI,
If you can find some burdock, looks like rhubarb. Pound leaves in folded brown paper, put on forehead, like head band... worked for me? Good Luck
Sleep! 100% of the time it works for me. My parents were too worried so then they went out and just got me a prescription for Topamax. If I ever felt a migraine coming, I would take a quick nap and feel great. But now, I don't even get migraines anymore because of my medicine.
to relax in a verry dimly lit room a nice foot rub if you can get one a tyelnol or any headache relieve you want and a cold ice pack over your eyes wraped in a wash cloth so not to get too cold
open up a fresh can of coffe beans etc, and smell it, it works a little.
I like to warm up tea bags, close my eyes and put them on my eyelids...make sure they aren't scolding hot...this is very soothing...migraines stink, bright light only increases the pain so dim the lights when possible..sometimes they are so severe you need actual medicine if that doesnt work she may need to see a speacilist.
