foods based with antioxidants are great for the skin.green tea - certain dark chocolate - raisins (many fruits).along with fish (which I dont eat).
greens -- lots and lots of greens. i don't mean salads. most cultures other than anglos have tons of greens.
As someone else mentioned, drinking plenty of water is important for clear skin. Try to drink at least 8 glasses a day and squeeze some lemon or lime into each as well for extra Vitamin C. Green Tea is great to drink too.
*Foods-
Avocados are bursting with vitamins and minerals and they are very hydrating and good for the skin. Berries are also excellent - they're high in antioxidants. I believe blueberries are the best.
Vegetables -- tomatoes, cucumbers, and all green leafy vegetables. Fruits --bananas, apples, apricots, cantaloupes, grapes, etc.
