kelp is a sea plant to be exact a natural diuretic. what this money is that it gets rid of sea in the system. if your excess counterweight is caused by hose retention then i guess it would assistance but if your weight is on the whole fat consequently you would be wasting your money buying the pill. i don't know what the pill is like as i haven't used it but i sure if it does work at adjectives it would have alike function as the plant
