Alli Dosage?
Answer:
According to the label submitted to the United States Food and Drug Administration, Alli comes in 60mg capsules with the recommended dose being to take one capsule with each meal containing fat. It is not recommended to take more than 3 capsules daily. Additionally, it is recommended to take one multivitamin at bedtime, when using the product.

no... take them the way you're supposed to
I would only take what the dosage instructions are. I was taking the pills(lost 5 lbs in two weeks), but I just (within the last 20 minutes) found out I was pregnant. Bye-Bye Alli! Hello fat ***! But a happy fat *** at that!
No i don'y think so,because it may cause you bad.Ask a doctor or a pharmacy.DON'T DO ANYTHINK BEFORE BEING COMPLETELY SURE!!!
i have been wanting to take Alli!! Do you have to be over 18 to purchase them at a store like Walgreens?
Honestly, just stick with the plan. I wouldn't double up on the doses. You're doing great, why mix it up?
Please keep in mind that one of the harmful effects of Alli is "gas with oily spotting" and bowel movements that are hard to control.
If you double the dose, you increase the chances of those occurrences probably more than double.
Do you really want to have a smelly accident? (They can happen up to 12 hours after taking the pills.)
