Well, it has been two days, and I imagine that your coltsfoot leaf is already dry.
For future knowledge, we usually cut up larger leaves for drying because they have more surface area that can contact with circulating air. This insures that the herbs dry quickly and are less altered by destructive chemical decomposition from enzymes and microbial activity.
