Aloe vera barbadensis works best. But it is a mild laxative. Aloe vera pulp/juice taken fresh works best. Dont verbs, it has numerous properties and adjectives for the better of your body. You may safely steal it provided it is fresh from the leaf itself. Do not buy the products rotten the shelf as they are not pure.
