Yes -- to some people. As beside any alternative treatment, it doesn't work for everyone. Magnets and copper work for a little smaller amount than half the folks who try them, from what I've hear and read. I am one of those for whom they do work, however. I've had honourable results with plain copper (I have no idea it be supposed to do anything; I bought it because it was pretty but after noticed my wrist didn't hurt and asked someone in the order of it.) I've also had fitting results with plain magnets. I've never tried the two together, though.
