It's 8:14 a.m. and I haven't be to sleep...how can I stay awake?

I just graduate high conservatory, and I'm having a generous of lazy summer (I know, it's pathetic). I've get my days and nights mixed up. I've be going to bed at 7 in the morning and sleeping until 1 surrounded by the afternoon. I hate it, but I appear to do it every summer. It's hard for me to sleep at darkness in the first place (I don't know why, since I enjoy no trouble sleeping during the day) so it's really easy for me to attain them mixed up. I'm trying to stay awake today so that I can go to sleep tonight...it's proven to be difficult. What are some ways I can stay awake? I'm going to try to maintain myself occupied (going for walk, messing around on the computer and so forth...stuff where I don't really hold to thing much, since I'm so tired)...is at hand any thing fluent that helps hang on to you awake? Also, what helps you step to sleep since night time is rough for me? Thanks!

For staying awake - try caffeine, exercise, socialising.
For getting to sleep,
Make sure you're prepared. Have a heat bath, a cup of hot milk, put on some cosy jarmies, and make sure you're bed and bedroom is thaw and cosy. Shut your curtains, and block out as much noise and pale as possible. Use the toilet so you don't need to bring up later. Cover up your alarm clock - as individual aware of how late it is and how much sleep you are missing can gross you worry more or less missing out on sleep. Even grabbing a bear might help you. Now, climb into bed. Stop thinking in the order of any worries or concerns from the day, its hours of darkness now, you can business deal with them tomorrow. Close your eyes, and clear your mind of anything refusal. Think happy! Lay in that, and make sure that you're comfy. If something keep worrying you, after 1 hour or more of stressing about it, it would be a worthy idea to return with up and actually suppose about how you could sort it out, or traffic with it right immediately if its not too late. Once its sorted, try to sleep again. If it go on any later than 3 Hours, of you lately laying in attendance and not sleeping then don't bother. Breaking a sleeping stencil can be hard. Start out trying to move about to sleep a little nearer like 5 or 6 surrounded by the morning instead of 7. Get earlier and in advance as you go on. Eventually you should finishing up sleeping at regular hours.

god i am having indistinguishable problem right now...i'm thinking only gona take a rest right now for close to four hours..then be in motion to bed earlier tonight..if that make any sense...?
Try not to take a snooze if you want to get support on a schedule where on earth you sleep at night. Avoid caffeine contained by the afternoon as it can stay in your system 12 hours and affect your sleep.
takine a nice thaw out bath within the morning wakes me up (make sure u dont drown within the tub by sleeping in it) lol and at darkness i usually watch boring shows and eat/drink cookies and milk beforehand i go to sleep. i know its childlish but it works.
VITAMIN B12 try it and see if it help also vitamin C
just find you're self busy by doing things that are worth it.
