It will own the correct ingredients you need for a laxative. Lay down on your side, insert the tube and permit it emtpy. Wait about 5 minutes and it should work fine.

yes we used to use newly water and use a tube attatched to a mode of hot water bottle, and you use gravity, we use it when sick and constipated as it can break a fever, i would not use anything but marine and use no force and if it feels uncomfotable only stop have a shake to and fro and go to the loo. adjectives the best
