Dilute Neem grease past applying it to obverse?

I just bought 100% neem grease to use for a skin condition. Must it be diluted before applying it to the skin? The bottle have no instructions.

So not use Neem Oil to your face. Who advise you to do so ? He or she must not be your Friends or well wishers.
All I know is that it is a fluent insect repellent, extracted from the leaves of the Neem tree, which comes from India. Try the Wikipedia or Google websites.
