Use milk (I'm serious) put some milk on a napkin and hold it on the sore for 5 to 10 minutes. If that doesn't work try carmex, or Abreva. Hope this helps.

There is the abreva which is kinda pricey...or what you can do is at dark when you go to bed put some clear fastener polish on and in the morning verbs it off{it hurts} but it will dry it out in no time
