Is at hand any road valerian root can produce an O.B.E?

Probably not. You'd have to nick mass quantities and if you did you'd probably tip out asleep first. It's a very mild soporific
I have taken valerian root. I 've read lots in the order of it,and have never hear of it causing an OBE.
Take adequate to make you sleep, and dream an O.B.E. for yourself.
