Flu shots give ethnic group a false sense of security. They imagine that if they get a flu shot at the emergence of the season they will be protected against all strains of the flu. It's not true. My personal experience have been duly conclusive. Every time I have received a flu shot, I own come down with the flu. Other times, when I enjoy felt the flu coming on, I hold gotten the shot to hurry the process so I could start feeling better faster. It is supposed to be a neutralize strain of the virus, but I think some empire are more susceptible than others, so you might want to look at your medical history to decide how recurrently you get sick / lower than what circumstances you fend off colds and sickness best.

Maybe for you. However, most folks don't have any adverse reaction to the shots, so you can't say that as a common statement. Plus if you actually caught the flu it would be far worse.
