ok so i have asked this severall times immediately not ever getting a good answer.heres the agreement
for 3 years or more now i own been going to the doctor severall times for my sholder muscles other being tight, they are close to rocks.
the doctor has given me a few option:
1. muscle relaxers -basically everyday forever
2. anti depressants - to help near the "stress thats causing the muscle to taut up"
3. physical theripy.

I dont want to be taking pills everyday, and i dont have the time to walk to physical therapy i work 40hrs a week and i be in motion to the beach on the weekends to relax. plus i dont enjoy money to pay them or to hold on to refilling pills. plus i deliberate that the muscle relaxers and anti depressants are just a bandaide.
I want a soulution to the problem.

I suggest trying medical massage psychiatric therapy. I know you said that you've tried massage, but did you enjoy it done by a licensed massage psychiatric therapist?
