You're reporting a trick written in Greek? Yeah ok, try astuteness what it means, here it go: In Cyprus everyone calls respectively other "Koubare" which means "best man" and surrounded by Greece everyone seems to name each other "malaka" which medium asshole basically but we've completely used both of these words as ways of greeting respectively other.
The joke unsophisticatedly goes:
Greek: is everyone here contained by Cyprus a best man?
Cypriot: well is everyone surrounded by Greece an asshole?
