How safe is this combination: guarana, garcinia, gymnema, bitter orange?

They are the contents of a juice bar's "burn power shot," which claims to help burn fat. I have read that one is not supposed to mix guarana with ephedrine; bitter orange contains synephrine, which is similar to ephedrine. How safe would it be to have a small dose every day and what time of the day would that be recommended? Thank you.

tons of caffeine ! , it may cause stomachache or cramps.
you may feel palpitation , the mix sounds a bit dangerous, the best time for energy bars is before and after you workout, it is not good just to take them without any exercise, I would not get more than one bar every day, check the carbs, sugar, calories and proteins. Most of energy bars are loaded with sugar and give you a false energy buzz that wears off very fast, makes you hungrier and tired
While natural sources of energy are great , I would not dare to mix different substances at the same time.
