The taste be pretty good but the enthusiasm force of the berry's was not living so I didn't have a feeling the full benefits of the juice. The health benefits would come from the antioxidants which dye sour pretty quickly after picking them. The other could be the phytonutrients which end longer, but I'm not sure how long they last.
