Essential oil?
I read that you can't put this directly on your skin! but i also read that if you put a few drops of essential oils on your temple it can relieve stress! do i have to mix it near something? can i just sort my own oil near olive oil or soemthing and incorporate the essential? and how do i know how much? im so confused! any and all suggestions! please! thankfulness!

Mix 1 teaspoon lavender grease with 1 tablespoon vegetable grease. Use the mixture as needed. Warning: Keep it away from the eyes.
It may also help to settle to the people trailing the counter at your local health/herbal store. They usually know a lot roughly these products and are glad to share information. I use my lavender oil as a headache reliever directly on my skin with no problem but some people's skin may be more sensitive. Good luck.

I use essential oil directly on my skin all the time beside no adverse effects, but "they" always voice oils should be diluted within a carrier grease, this is probably because some people enjoy more sensitive skin. Always be sure to test a tentative oil on a tiny nouns of skin before you spread it adjectives over yourself. If you want to use a carrier grease, any organic nut or vegetable grease works. Mix 5- 15 drops of essential oil per tablespoon of possessor oil, adjust the strength of the scent by the ratio of drops to tablespoon.
